This Upper & Premium Horeca training curriculum is a tailor-made and interactive value driver. Mutually developed between Coca-Cola HBC Switzerland and EHL, the “Harvard” of hospitality, it nurtures our culture of excellence by establishing a reference in the industry.

We decided to create these programs for our Business partners to better understand the client needs and expectations after Covid and to support them in a unique way by visualizing the future with the correct tools.

Our curriculum pinpoints relevant challenges that were addressed from stakeholders in the market and offers a feasible approach to real life questions. This platfrom enables you to exchange on industry relevant topics, see innovation and get inspired on how to create the future of Premium Horeca.

This curriculum is divided into two customer-centric programs:

  • 1. Our Premium Horeca VIP Program brings together the leaders of academia and industry practice to provide a broad range of solutions and services. The hospitality expertise will fuel you with state-of-the-art expert knowledge and best practices. It will be a lighthouse for our long-term relationship.

  • 2. Our Premium Horeca Online Academy is an engaging self-paced online learning program aimed at developing essential personnel’s skills in a Premium Horeca environment. Designed by Industry Leading Experts from Ecole Hotelière de Lausanne, it will sharpen Manager and High-Potentials of your organization to face future challenges.

Training overview

Premium Horeca VIP Program

Focus group

This Exclusive Program has been developed for the Executive Management of Premium Horeca establishments. The number of seats is limited to foster exchange between the participants. If you wish to invite a colleague, we will be honored to keep him on a separate waiting list until further registration.

Duration

2 days on site training on the EHL Campus in Lausanne. It starts at 10:00 am on the first day. The day ends with a Networking Event with many surprises. As for the second day, the program starts at 08:30 and ends around 17:30

Method

The training will be delivered in a classroom setting. However, it will be punctuated by numerous practical workshops as well as spaces for reflection and exchanges. Handouts will be provided to the participants at the end of the program.
